  • Digital QR code services (e.g., premium QR customization, PDF/PNG downloads)

🔁 Returns Policy – Physical Products

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has major printing errors

📌 Return Conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of product delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Provide photo proof of damage or issue via email

💳 Refund Policy – Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital services and downloadable QR codes, we do not offer refunds once:

  • A QR code has been generated
  • A digital file (PDF or image) has been downloaded
  • A subscription or upgrade is activated

However, if you experience a technical issue or double payment, we encourage you to contact us and we will review your case.

🚚 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom QR code printed products (unless defective)
  • Digital downloads
  • Used or damaged products caused by misuse
  • Orders returned without authorization

💸 Refund Processing

If your return/refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund will be made via the original payment method
  • In some cases, shipping charges are non-refundable
