3. User Accounts & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date information while registering.
  • You agree not to impersonate another person or create fake profiles.
  • APNAQR is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Data

By using our service, you allow APNAQR to store, process, and use the information you provide, including:

  • Contact details, medical information, and emergency data
  • QR code scans and analytics data
  • Optional data provided for personalization

5. Use of Gmail SMTP Service

We use Google’s Gmail SMTP to send transactional emails, such as registration OTPs, profile links, and updates. These communications are essential and cannot be opted out of unless your account is deleted.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use APNAQR:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • To upload or share harmful, false, or offensive content
  • To infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
  • To attempt to breach our security systems or reverse-engineer the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these conditions.

7. Payment & Refunds

Certain services and products (like printed QR merchandise) are paid features. All payments are processed securely.
We do not offer refunds on digital downloads or personalized products once the order is placed and processed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and software on APNAQR are the intellectual property of Angel Web Solution or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

APNAQR is not liable for:

  • Data loss due to user error or technical issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete data provided by users
  • Delays or failure in delivering physical products due to third-party couriers
  • Inability to access user emergency data if the QR is unreadable/damaged

Our services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to APNAQR for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
