🔐 1. Account Setup & Login

Q: How do I create an account?
  • Click on the Sign Up button on the top right corner.
  • Register using your email, mobile number, or social account.
  • Verify your number with the OTP sent to your phone.
  • You’re all set to log in!
  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen.
  • Enter your email or mobile number.
  • Follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password.

🧾 2. Creating Your eVisiting Card

Q: How to add my business details?
  • After login, go to “My Dashboard” → “My Business Profile”.
  • Fill in your business name, contact details, description, social media links, and upload your logo.
  • Click Save & Generate QR.
  • Yes, you can edit your business profile anytime from the dashboard.

📱 3. SOS Details & QR Code

Q: What is the SOS QR code?
  • The SOS QR is designed to help you during emergencies.
  • When scanned, it shows your emergency contacts and medical details.
  • Go to “My Dashboard” → “SOS Info”.
  • Fill in emergency contacts, blood group, allergies, or any medical condition.
  • Save & Generate your free SOS QR code.

You can stick it on mobile covers, keychains, helmets, wristbands, or bags.

🛍️ 4. Buy Products with QR Code

Q: Can I order products with my QR printed on them?
  • Yes! Go to “Shop” → Select your product → Choose eVisiting Card or SOS QR for printing → Place your order.
  • Kitchen items

  • Keychains
  • Fridge magnets and more.
  • Yes! SOS QR codes are 100% free. You only pay if you order a printed product.

📦 5. Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my product?
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery takes 5–7 days depending on your location.
  • Yes, once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

Q: My QR code is not scanning properly. What can I do?
  • Ensure there’s enough lighting and your camera is focused.
